Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a creator account and to make purchases. Fans aged 13–17 may only use TrueFanly with the involvement of a parent or guardian and may not make purchases.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Handles are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim handles that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or are inactive.

Creators may offer paid membership tiers, pay-per-view posts, paid messages and accept tips. You set your prices; we charge the platform fee for your plan (Starter 12%, Pro 8%, Studio 8%), plus any payment-processor fees disclosed at checkout.

You are solely responsible for your content, for delivering the perks you promise, and for complying with tax obligations in your country. You must hold all rights needed to publish your content.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Purchased content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, redistribute or resell creator content outside the features we provide.

TrueFanly is a safe-for-work platform. All content must follow our Content Policy. Sexually explicit content, nudity, and content that sexualises anyone are prohibited without exception.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Creator earnings are recorded in your TrueFanly balance and paid out according to the payout schedule and minimums shown in your dashboard, subject to identity verification.

We may hold payouts while investigating fraud, chargebacks or policy violations.

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant TrueFanly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service.

The TrueFanly name, logo and platform are our property. Report infringement to legal@truefanly.com.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

TrueFanly is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
