Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, handle, display name, profile photo, bio and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information from Google.

Activity data: posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, subscriptions, messages and reports you create.

Payment data: amounts, currencies and transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on TrueFanly servers.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies required to keep you signed in.

To provide the service: authenticate you, deliver content you are entitled to, process payments and payouts, and send notifications you have opted into.

To keep TrueFanly safe: detect fraud and abuse, enforce our Content Policy and comply with legal obligations.

To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified analytics.

Creators can see the display name, handle and subscription details of their subscribers, and can export them to manage their membership business. Creators may not use this data for unrelated purposes or sell it.

We share data with service providers (hosting, database, email and payment providers) under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act and US state laws), you may access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Email privacy@truefanly.com to exercise your rights.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Deleted content is removed from active systems promptly and from backups on a rolling schedule.

We use encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, private storage with short-lived signed links for locked content, and least-privilege access for staff.

TrueFanly operates globally. Where data is transferred across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
