Content Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

TrueFanly is a brand-safe, safe-for-work (SFW) home for creators. This policy applies to everything on the platform: posts, media, comments, messages, profiles and tiers. When in doubt, keep it something you'd be comfortable showing a sponsor, a classroom or your family.

1. Always prohibited

Sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity (including implied or artistic nudity), sexual services, fetish content, or content that sexualises any person — and anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context, which we report to law enforcement.

Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.

Graphic violence, self-harm promotion, terrorism or violent extremism.

Illegal goods and services, weapons sales, drugs, gambling services, and dangerous challenges.

Scams, spam, pyramid schemes, misleading financial promises and impersonation.

Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

2. Allowed with care

Fitness, dance, swimwear and fashion content is welcome when it is non-sexual and in context.

Medical, health and educational content should be accurate and must not promote dangerous practices.

Mature themes in art, film, writing and comedy are allowed when non-explicit and clearly labelled in your post.

3. Tiers, perks and messages

Paid tiers, pay-per-view posts and paid messages must follow the same rules as public content. Locked content is still moderated.

Do not promise perks you cannot deliver, and do not use messages to solicit off-platform payments to evade fees.

4. Reporting

Use the Report option on any post, comment, profile or message. Reports are confidential. Our moderation team reviews every report and aims to act on serious issues within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, withhold earnings tied to violating content, or suspend accounts. Severe violations lead to immediate, permanent removal.

If you believe we made a mistake, reply to the enforcement email or contact appeals@truefanly.com.
